Since the 2020 turning point we’ve been all over the Iberian Peninsula to finally find what we named Destination X to keep it off the radar. Secrets are hard to maintain so no names of locations will be provided until anglers are in Spain. What we can tell you is that the guides, meals, and lodges will be excellent and our scouting missions and first 2025 exploratory trips have been very encouraging! Main hatches, best temperature and water-levels are from April to June depending on the elevation.

The focus depends on the departure: big browns, bows and/or trophy Iberian barbels. These hard fighting species are only sight fish, adding a unique dimension to the trip.
Each departure is different from the other targeting specific fly fishing opportunities from different locations along this extensive region.
